Dr. Christine Hernandez
Dr. Christine Hernandez received her BS in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington she then followed to attain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, TX. As a bilingual physical therapist, she enjoys using her skills by gladly serving the Latino community.
Dr. Hernandez is certified in dry needling treatment and has a background in orthopedic and manual therapy treating musculoskeletal disorders including chronic pain syndromes. She continues to learn and develop and has achieved post-graduate training by taking courses in pelvic and Women’s Health offered through Herman & Wallace pelvic rehabilitation institute and APTA pelvic health organization.
She is passionate about Women’s Health and pelvic floor dysfunction and believes every woman should receive quality care for her individualized specific needs. She wants to make a positive impact by providing Women’s Health physical therapy treatments and improving the quality of life of her patients. Her drive is to grow and serve with excellence by helping women achieve their health and functional goals.
In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and trying new restaurants. Kayaking and hiking are a must.
